These are the terms that apply when you use the EasyR Catch app, the website, or redeem a discount at one of our listed venues. Please read them before you sign up.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the EasyR Catch app, the website at easyrcatch.com, and any discount, redemption or feature we make available (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by EasyR ApS ("EasyR Catch", "we", "us"), a company registered in Denmark.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or redeeming a discount, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Separate terms apply to businesses that list on the platform — see the Vendor Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
EasyR Catch is a discount marketplace for international travelers and digital nomads. Businesses ("Vendors") publish a discount offer; you discover the venue in your city and redeem the discount in person. We act as a discovery and marketing platform — we are not the seller, the payment processor, the booking agent, or a party to any transaction between you and a Vendor.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age required for digital consent in your country, you may need a parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at info@easyrcatch.com if you think your account has been compromised.
You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself, or share your account with another person.
Using EasyR Catch as a traveler is free. There is no subscription, no per-discount fee and no commission. The Service is funded by our commercial partners — travel insurers, telcos and eSIM providers that bundle EasyR Catch into their products.
Each discount, its size, the products and services it applies to, its opening hours and any operational limits (for example, a daily cap or a blackout day) are set by the Vendor and shown in the app. Discounts can change or be withdrawn at any time.
Redemption happens in person at the Vendor's venue by presenting the redemption code shown in the app or scanning the Vendor's QR code. A redemption is valid only if it is confirmed through the Service at the point of sale. Screenshots, expired codes, codes shared between accounts, or attempts to reuse a single-use code are not valid redemptions.
Discounts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold or transferred. Unless the Vendor states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
If a Vendor refuses a valid redemption or the redemption does not work at the point of sale, please contact us at info@easyrcatch.com so we can follow up. Your legal rights as a consumer against the Vendor remain unaffected.
The Vendor is solely responsible for its products and services — the quality, safety, hygiene, licensing, staff conduct, customer service, refunds and any complaints. Any contract for the goods or services you buy at the Vendor is between you and the Vendor, not us.
If you have a dispute with a Vendor, please try to resolve it directly with the Vendor first. We are happy to help mediate where we can, but we are not a party to the underlying transaction and have no obligation to refund, replace or intervene.
When using the Service, you must not:
The current version of the Service does not offer user-generated content features such as reviews, photos or public tips. If we introduce such features in the future, we will update these Terms and notify you before you can submit any content, and you will keep ownership of what you submit while granting us a limited licence to host and display it as part of the Service.
Any message you send to our support address is used only to respond to you and to improve the Service.
The EasyR Catch app, website, brand, logo, design, source code, database and content (other than user-submitted or Vendor-submitted content) are owned by EasyR ApS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and website for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Service may include links to, or integrations with, third-party services (for example, map providers, app stores, payment providers, partner platforms). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and their inclusion does not mean we endorse them.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, restrict or remove features at any time, including releasing updates, performing maintenance, or discontinuing parts of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge to travelers, we are not obliged to compensate you for temporary unavailability, feature changes or discontinuation, except as required by applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time from the app, by writing to info@easyrcatch.com, or by using our removal request form.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by attempting to defraud a Vendor, sharing redemption codes, or using the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Except as required by law, EasyR Catch makes no warranties about the Service — that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose — and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted. In particular, we do not warrant the quality, safety, availability or accuracy of any Vendor's products, services or listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyR Catch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the Service.
For any direct loss for which we are legally responsible, our total aggregate liability to you, in contract, tort or otherwise, is capped at one hundred euros (€100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
You will indemnify EasyR Catch against any third-party claim, loss or reasonable expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content you submit to the Service, or (c) your breach of any law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the updated Terms on this page and, where practical, notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your account under section 12.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
